Dr. Josep M Coll

Professor of Strategy, Sustainability & Innovation, EADA Business School

Josep M. Coll, PhD, is a professor of Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation at EADA Business School, visiting professor at Yonsei University in Seoul and at the University of Birmingham, and research associate at Maastricht School of Management. He works as an independent consultant on systems thinking, systems leadership, evaluation for learning and adaptation and sustainable business and development for a wide range of private and public organisations, such as Samsung, Scytl, Bayer, Almirall Group or Neom, among others, and the European Commission and the United Nations.

In the United Nations system, he co-led the first systems leadership for sustainable development training program for resident coordinators at UNDCO, facilitated the introduction of systems thinking and leadership to UNDCO Resident Coordinators and the regional office of Arab States and he co-led the first corporate developmental evaluation and adaptive management movement in UNFPA. He regularly speaks internationally on systems thinking, systems leadership and sustainable transformation and coaches organisations, managers and entrepreneurs in transitioning to the new sustainable, regenerative and inclusive management paradigm. He is the author of “Buddhist and Taoist Systems Thinking: the natural path to sustainable transformation” (Routledge, 2021) and numerous articles on sustainability and systems leadership.

Mr Lim Teck Yin

Expert Partner, Portas Consulting | Former CEO, Sport Singapore

Teck Yin Lim is an Expert Partner based in Singapore.

On completion of 30 years of command and staff appointments in the Singapore Armed Forces, Teck Yin was appointed CEO, Sport Singapore on 1 April 2011; a role he held till 31 March 2023. At Sport Singapore, he was responsible for enabling a culture for sport and physical activity in Singapore, including enhancing the high-performance sport ecosystem. The effort also entailed the organisational transformation of Sport Singapore in bridging new mindsets and capabilities internally and with partners. Concurrent to his duties as CEO, Teck Yin, was also appointed in 2013 to lead the organisation of the 2015 South-east Asian Games and the 2015 ASEAN Para Games.

An avid sportsman since his schooldays, Teck Yin has actively participated in a myriad of competitive sport. He also served in various capacities in the Singapore Swimming Association (now Singapore Aquatics). His pinnacle achievement in sport was to represent Singapore in water polo for 12 years. Teck Yin holds a MSc (Management) from London Business School, a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Organisational Development from Civil Service College, Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Military Studies from Fuehrungsakademie der Bundeswehr, Germany.

Mr Thomas Lim

Vice-Dean, Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s Centre for Systems Leadership

Thomas Lim is the Vice-Dean of Centre for Systems Leadership (CSL) of Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø. He is an accredited ACLP practitioner and Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) with the Institute of Adult Learning, previously led Government Statutory Board staff in Leadership & Organisational Development (L&OD). He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) title from the ICF, specialising in Training, Wellness Coaching, and Applied Health & Human Performance. Thomas is a Co-Author of the PEARLS Coaching Framework featured in “Think.Coach.Thrive!”

As a Forbes Coaches Council member, Thomas trains and coaches mid to senior-level leaders in large corporations, focusing on Organisational Transformation and personal/professional success aligned with Corporate Vision. With expertise in Organisational Change, Strategy, and Web3.0, he has authored 30+ Forbes articles in the past 3 years. Beginning coaching and mentoring in 2006 within his Directorate capacity, Thomas boasts 30 years of professional experience, including leadership roles in the Public and Private sectors, encompassing organisations like SportSG, Infocomm Media Authority of Singapore, SingTel, and Accenture.

Dr Davin Wang

Chief Learning Officer, Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy

Dr. Davin Wang, currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Academy and Dean at the Centre for Systems Leadership (CSL). Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at OIO Holdings Really Pte Ltd (SGX: KUX), Singapore's pioneering listed blockchain consultancy and cryptocurrency staking platform, managing over USD$1.76 billion in staked crypto assets. Dr. Wang's career includes senior roles in distinguished organisations such as Really Pte.Ltd., CapBridge, Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Singapore Airlines (SIA), and the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore, with focuses on technology, real estate, and investment. He has also held faculty positions at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School and the Lee Kong Chian School of Business in Singapore Management University (SMU) and has conducted corporate training regionally for government and corporate clients.

Beginning his career in Silicon Valley, Dr. Wang has contributed his expertise to various startups in Singapore and actively engages in community service with non-profit organisations like the NUSS Active Ageing & Lifelong Learning Sub-Committee. He previously served as Vice Chairman of CoreNetGlobal (Singapore Chapter), a global non-profit trade association for the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry.
